If you are considering the G19, consider going with the G23 and barrel conversion. This gun can be converted to 4 different calibers (it comes in 40 s&w, you can get either a 9mm or .357 barrel conversion, and you can also get a .22lr conversion kit for it). Awesome weapon all around! This firearm is great.
I like the grip on the Gen 4 better than the Gen 3. It feels more secure in the hand. 23 gauge is perfect for concealed carry, but substantial enough to break up the draw and provide a longer sight picture. I also like the idea of a .357 sig barrel conversion. I guess you can't beat a glom.

I honestly wear the watches I wear. There were guns and rifles that did not fit the hand at all. Recently my wife was missing one of us at the grocery store and she was looking for a gen 4 that was put on my hand and it felt like a glove. After doing some research I found out they were a gen 4 model after the 1911 grip because I love the 1911 but I also love how much it can make a personal holster. So the 23 gen 4 is probably the last gun I will ever buy before it is broken.
First Glock I ever had and it turned out to be my number 1 gun. Firm, light, secure. I have several different semis from different manufacturers and this is by far the best you have released. Exactly that with the kit and barrel spring, but also out of the box I think 5" constant circles at 9-12 yards. Thank God.
I bought a Gen 3 a few years ago. I still love guns to this day. I want to get a Gen 4 one day, but I just haven't felt the need to yet. I loved having it for free when I was in need. Not too heavy and still a decent way to get around. I just recommend that you wear a concealer on everything you want.
Love him. It had a gen 5 G19, I was convinced my loops were flipped. PART OF THE SAME. Fits in all my glock 19 holsters without problems. 9mm as good as possible. I think it's awesome!

Tested the glock 23 and immediately fell in love, it's a great gun and feels different. It is much scarier than expected, but it is controlled in the country, the gun is big. This isn't my first Glock I've owned, but it feels different.

There is a book called Fixing a Navy SEAL, by Chris Sajnog, . I had only learned to shoot. Chris Sajnog was the seal shooting instructor. Money well spent. You can't go wrong with this Glock 23. I bought a Glock 31, which is a sig 357 caliber with one magazine. I bought 2 more Sig 357 magazines from Gun Broker but the salesman said he couldn't find the magazines to make a long cut so he went out and bought me (2) 40 caliber magazines and told me they would do it for the 357 -the number. weapon So I bought a quality 40 ACP barrel. So now I have a Sig 357 pistol and a 40 ACP pistol with 3 magazines. Then I bought a 9mm barrel conversion and (3) 9mm magazines from a gun I bought and a few other 3 other guns I own. Glock rules!!!!! Next I get a 22LR conversion.
